Hi guys,

Recently I stared to work in CRM Dynamics 365, and my manager told me to implement the FieldServiceReporting solution, everything was ok until I need to change the format of the report.

I tried the pcf control but i stucked in it.

Can you help me with the steps what i need to start?

Thanks in advance.

For custom reports I would check out the power BI integration - docs.microsoft.com/.../use-power-bi

Field service also has some out of the box reporting but note it’s not configurable on top of what’s shopped  - docs.microsoft.com/.../reports

We want that report to be sign in the customer location with two signature, one of the customer and one of our tehnician. after that the report is sended to customer, and in our crm its saved like pdf .

Got it. And you want to collect signature from field service mobile? Or you want to email report and have it signed by customer and sent back?

    Yes.

Its about that solution : docs.microsoft.com/.../mobile-powerapp-reporting

Thanks! So as you follow those docs, which step are you stuck on? Solution import?  Is it this step?

The import of default solution I made it, after that you need to download the source code, after the customization you connect with cmd pac auth to your environment an upload the new report template.

    I uplouded the solution, easy.

I downloaded visual studio, imported the source code, i foud the ReportPreview project and here i'm stucked , in wich folder i create the new "Solutions" folder ?

It sounds like you need more development assistance on this.  Is that correct?

    Hi Silviu,

Are you at the point where you are following steps to import PCF components? docs.microsoft.com/.../import-custom-controls

You can create the Solution folder anywhere on your desktop - that should not matter.
