Modify body text in Emails

Hello everyone,

when sending an invoice I have this:

This is the layout:

How can I change the BodyText variable?

I would assume there is some setting somewhere for this, but I did not find it. I did see this product on app source

However, if you just want them to all say the same thing what I have done is in Word you just remove that field and then you type what you want it to say, save and reimport. If I don't like label text I do the same thing it doesn't have to be a BC field.

Yes I saw that Document Handling app too.

I cant just save the layout, because that text changes based on the customer's language.

But there is definetly a place to change it.

It looks like this text is coded, so it cannot be changed unless using the Document Handling app or modifying the code.

Hello,

BodyText refers to BodyLbl. It is stored in many places as a text constant.

Hi

Pretty sure I saw a post on this last year when I was trying to look to change it and the end result was you couldn't (makes no sense to me). However, I just went and searched the ideas portal and it seems that the ability to change has been released with the Enhanced Email Capabilities. To enable you need to do so under the Feature Management area in Business Central. This feature also includes the ability to assign different email addresses to different functions.

I did just activate the Enhanced Email Capabilities, but I can't see where you can edit these defined BodyText etc field contents unless it is in the report layouts.
