Error fetching data for this visual in analytics in d365FO credit and collections dashboard

I'm trying to open the analytics in credit and collections in d365fo and I'm getting these errors.
No customizations had been made, and only this dashboard is not working, the rest of the dashboard are working fine in the system.

    Hello,

Have you followed the Microsoft documentation and ensured that everything is in order, especially the section regarding the Entity Store? I recommend double-checking your configuration by following the links below. If the issue persists, please keep me informed so that we can review the new error:

Power BI integration with Entity store - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

Resolve issues after entity store maintenance - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

This may help resolve your errors.

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Issue is most likely a BI measurement that has not been refreshed.

Sys admin > Setup > Entity Store

Make sure Credit and Collections V3 has been refreshed.

    Thanks guys for you responses,

I refreshed the entities, deploy the Power BI files, and even made sure from the power bi configuration (Application id and Application key), but nothing worked.

    Any idea?

    Hi,

Just want to confirm, have your CustCollectionsBIMeasurements and CustCollectionsBIMeasurementsV2 measurements also been refreshed.

Justin Kruger thanks for your reply,

I tried to refresh most of the entities and still having the same error, adding that the reports on power bi are working fine so can't find the problem itself.

    Hi,

So when you say you tried to refresh all the entities, you mean that you are seeing successful deployments of the measurements denoted by the refresh logs in the entity store ?

Also that the "Full reset" batch job is running successfully.

No, I didn't get anything like in your picture, adding that in the batch jobs, I searched for full reset and also didn't get anything.
It seems that the refresh process is not executed despite I have the message The measurement CustCollectionsBIMeasurementsV3 has been scheduled for full reset. when I click refresh.

    Hi,

This is a standard batch job and if the job was deleted it would be re-created whenever you action a refresh from the entity store. I have seen this batch be renamed from "Full reset" to something completely different in some environments by users...

It might be worth going through the list of jobs in a "Withhold" state as it is likely to be one of them. The class name you are looking for is "BIMeasurementProcessorFull"
