How do you modify quantity ordered in Microsoft GP? The PO is already released and sent to the supplier

I have the same question (0)Hi,
As far as GP is concerned, you can just bring up the PO and change the quantity. The PO will take on the status as Change Order, and I suppose you would want to reprint the PO and send it to your supplier.
What is your specific question? Does it have to do with printing a new PO with the change highlighted?
