Expose D365 FO table extension fields in CPOS

Hi,

I'm new at developing in D365 Commerce and i'm trying to get new fields add on an table extension visible and editable in a CPOS. When going over the existing documentation in the Sample Retail SDK. I found the example C:\RetailSDK\SampleExtensions\CommerceRuntime\Extensions.EmailPreferenceSample. Which is fully explained https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/dev-itpro/commerce-runtime-extensibility here. I've followed this to the letter and all check on the CTR test and RetailServer testing passed but I'm not able to see the extension properties in the CPOS.

Is this the correct example for my case? If this is the correct example is there a more detailed manual which I can use?

Kind Regards,

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Koen,

Have you looked at the link below already?

    docs.microsoft.com/.../add-extension-properties

This is also another sample to show how to view extension property in CPOS or MPOS:

    C:\RetailSDK\POS\Extensions\SampleExtensions\ViewExtensions\SearchPickingAndReceiving\ CustomOrdersListColumns.ts

Actually there may be different reasons why the extension property it is not appearing in CPOS and it needs some deeper investigation to verify you do every part correctly.

Please create a support incident if you need any further assistance.

Hi Koen, where do you expect to see extension properties in POS? They will not be shown automatically on Customer pages, you need to create POS extension to show them.
