Sharepoint integration - metadata

We are looking to leverage the integration between dynamics 365 and Sharepoint to store documents against to account record. The issue that I’m finding is that we aren’t able to create new metadata fields when uploading a document from CRM. Doesn’t anyone have any ideas on add ins that can help address this gap? Thanks Eric

    Hi Eric,

Thank you for your query. We have an addon SharePoint Metadata Capture add-on that allows users to capture additional metadata for a document when the same is uploaded into the SharePoint Document library from Dynamics 365 CRM.

The metadata is also available in Dynamics 365 CRM so that any action can be initiated at a later point in time. This addon is available on AppSource please find the link below. I hope this add-on will help to address your issue and more.
