I need to insert information by tables in SQL, only for AA work tables, but when open la AA screen in GP the information is delet… I have the information in GL and is ok when open the journal, my problema is when open the AA window when imported information by SQL.
Do I need to update something before?
Please help!!!

Hi Andrea, we detected the problem, a user was updating the information in Account Class Link, when a user mark or unmark the Accounts GP delete the information in the AAG10003 and restart the information in the other tables, this GP process only affect in work tables.

Can you provide some insight around exactly what steps you are taking to result in missing data in the AA work tables?
Are you importing GL journal entries with AA data? If so, what are you using to do that (IM, eConnect, something else)?
Are you trying to import AA data after a GL journal entry is already created in WORK?
Are you able to manually enter/save appropriate AA codes in the Analytical General Transaction Entry window for those accounts for which the data appears to be missing?
Is the data missing’ from the AAG10000, AAG10001, AAG10002, and AAG10003?
Have you ever been able to import GL journal entries with AA successfully? If so, what has changed since then?
All in all, we really need to understand exactly what you’re doing (and we may need to review the data in the AA tables) to determine why it’s not working as expected for you.
I can tell you that we don’t have any known quality issues around not being able to import GL journal entries with AA data in IM or eConnect currently.
I’m hoping to provide some more insight after I understand more about exactly what steps you’re taking. Thanks!
