Who cancel the PO

Hello Experts,
 
Can any body help me to know who cancel the PO, even i have submitted again but Purchase order status is still showing Cancel.
 
how can i know that who has cancel it,
 
i have checked the full History of WF of this PO but all in every instance, its showing approved.

    It is recommended that you can check the audit trail or review the workflow history.

    Thanks for your response, i have checked the history of WF but every time when he recalled and submitted , its approve properly.
     
    but PO status is still showing canceled.

    Hi,
    You can refer to this official documentation: Configure database logging - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn. Database logging provides a way to track specific types of changes to the tables and fields in Finance and Operation apps. Changes that can be tracked include insert, update, delete, and rename key operations.
