Free Text Invoices - Specifically "Notes & Attachments" Field

We have onboarded a new business unit and they are exclusively using FTII. They have been trying to utilize the "Notes and Attachments" field in the Header area to have notes to the customer appear on their invoices but the notes are not printing. They are asking why. Does anyone know? We don't use this feature enough to help quickly.

    Hi,
     
    to enable the printing of the Notes in Free text invoice this setup in Accounts receivable --> Setup --> Foms --> form setup has to be completed: here you have to select if you want to print header or lines notes or both the kind of Note that you want to print in Free Text Invoices:
     
    Once you do that and you create a note on the hedaer and/or on the FTI lines as a "Notes or attachment" using the selected type (in some localization you have to select the "External" type and not the "Internal" wehn you create the Note), those will be printed in the invoice:
     
     
    For attachments (like additional documents), they are not printed alongside with the invoice out-of-the-box as far as I know.
