while clicking on form control am getting these error Object reference not set to an instance of an object Error.

I am created one custom form in that form i added Number sequence tab page . while clicking on that tab page am getting the error Object reference not set to an instance of an object Error.

This error means that you forgot to create an instance of an object before using it. You can easily find exact line of code using debugger, however, we cannot help you because you did not share your code with us.
