Dynamics CRM IFD Issue

Dear Team,

I have configured Dynamics CRM IFD and i am able to access the CRM Internally but when i try to access the CRM URL from Outside Network and Internet, i am not at all able to access(Its not opening Login Page also).

Below is the configuration Settings. Please let me know what is the problem for not accessing from Outside network and Internet.

CRM in One Server

ADFS in One Server

DNS Rules:

Internal DNS Rules:

internalcrm.domain.com points to CRM Server IP

sts.Domain.com points to ADFS Server IP

auth.domain.com points to CRM Server IP

dev.domain.com points to CRM Server IP

crmorgname.domain.com points to CRM Server IP

External DNS Rules:

auth.domain.com points to external Public IP

dev.domain.com points to external Public IP

crmorgname.domain.com points to external Public IP

    Dear David,

    Internally its working fine and i am able to login into CRM as well but this problem occures when i am trying in Externally.

    If you dont mind can you please check my DNS entries are correct or not.

    I have not configured sts dns entry in external DNS.

    The first thing to check is how far the you get in the process. You can do this by carefully watching the browser's address bar, but a tool like Fiddler would be better. The high-level main process is:

    1. You try and browse to crmorgname.domain.com
    2. CRM should then redirect you to the ADFS server (sts.domain.com) and the login page
    3. Once you login you will be redirected back to crmorgname.domain.com

    For each stage, check if the request is getting through (if not, check the DNS and firewall configuration), and if it is redirecting properly (if not, the issue is more likely with the CRM or ADFS configuration)
