case id auto numbering

Once I create new case, case id must be in custom format for e.g. 2022-01-0001.

Could you please guide me step by step.

    Hi arshadwarsi,

    The 'case id' you mentioned is GUID or Case Number?

    If you want to change GUID, you can't achieve it.

    You can go Settings > Administration > Auto-Numbering to set format of the Case Number.

    But it doesn't work exactly the way you want it to, so maybe you can create a custom auto number field:
