Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I trust you're doing well. I am reaching out to seek guidance on a specific functionality within Microsoft Teams, particularly related to calendar access and meeting management.

In our Teams environment, we have regular team meetings scheduled using the Teams calendar. I often invite team members to these meetings. However, there are instances when I would like to grant certain invited members the ability to edit the meeting details directly within the calendar. This would involve updating meeting times, participants, and related information without relying solely on my input as the meeting organizer.

Could you kindly provide me with instructions on how I can allow meeting-invited members to have the ability to edit and modify the meeting details within the Teams calendar? Ensuring that these edits are accurately reflected for all participants is crucial for smoother collaboration and coordination.

I appreciate your assistance in clarifying this matter. If there are specific settings, permissions, or steps that need to be followed to grant editing access to invited members, I would greatly benefit from your guidance. Any resources or documentation you could share on this topic would be highly valuable as well.

Thank you for your attention to this request. I believe that enhancing the collaborative capabilities of Microsoft Teams will contribute significantly to our team's efficiency and productivity.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,

Moe

Hi Moe, I suspect you're at a wrong place.

This site is a community forum, i.e. here you can reach fellow users and implementation partners. If you want support from Microsoft, you'll need to log a support request.

Also, this site is about Microsoft Dynamics 365, while your question seems to be purely about Teams and not related to Dynamics 365. The right community forum may be this one: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/ct-p/MicrosoftTeams.
