So if I understand for now, I have to check the list directly on the Ax application. Microsoft does not published yet an official list.

I didn’t find any link yet. Although, I found information about the new features for specific countries/regions in "What's_New-Microsoft_Dynamics_AX_2009_SP1.pdf" document inside the AX 2009 SP1

If you have access to partnersource you can see the white papers for v4. I don't think they're available for 2009 yet.
