I believe that you should verify this information with HubSpot if they have an integration with Dynamics CRM.
also you should ask what is their recommendation.
There is a lot of options on the internet to do the integration from Dynamics CRM to Hubspot.

Hi,We have recently started using a no-code automation tool called automate.io. If I understood your use case, you certainly can connect hubspot and ms dynamics easily with Automate.io. You can even pull the lists directly into HubSpot from MS Dynamics. And updates happen automatically.It is working well for us. It might work for you too. However, there are other platforms like Tray and IFTTT available if you want to try.
