I am unable to change mail server profile although I am the global admin

I am unable to change mail server profile in the production profile although I am the global admin. I can change it in the default profile. But we are using the production profile.

    Can you please provide some more details? Are you not able to change the email profile configuration? Is it locked?

    Please share a screenshot to understand the problem.
