missing PDF viewer

Hello!

Not sure this is a CRM issue but hoping someone can give me some pointers! So one of my colleagues, who has no issue opening a PDF file from fileexplore, as an email attachment etc, cannot see a PDF preview in CRM (D365Sales) but has to download it to a local file first! We have tried re-associating a PDF with Adobe and also Edge but no luck.

Any ideas?
