Dear All,
I would like some input regarding the following scenario.
Employees have fixed Project Allocation for each month.
On the basis of above, each employee Cost is shared depending on his/her Project Allocations.
How can I manage this? Should I use the Project Module? How to handle this in HR?
Any constructive input will be greatly appreciated.

Hi Danial,
I would say the Project module can be used. HRM does not have the functionality to allocate costs related to projects.
The answer depends also on more variables. I don't know your business and how many projects or workers are affected.
Within the project module you can post hour transactions to divide the costs. Also it is possible to have the workers enter their time themselves using timesheets.
