Is there a issue with GP 2013 and Outlook 2013 32bit on Windows Server 2012? That environment is at a clients location. In our test environment at the office, GP 2013 Outlook 2010 64bit Server 2008 R2, the email functionality works fine. This is the situation, once the email address, password and username are entered into the email settings box and ok is selected. The dialog box flashes back as if a wrong username and password have been entered. The oddest thing is that two solid black rectangular boxes appear in the bottom left hand corner of the email settings dialog box.
The email address and password used at the clients location is correct, I used the same credentials at our test location and it worked. The email being used is a hosted exchange account.

I am having a very similar issue. We recently upgraded our client to GP2013. They moved to a terminal server environment and want to now utilize EFT email remittances. No matter what I do I cannot get the email address login to work. The only thing is that they have Outlook 64-bit on the terminal servers, not 32-bit.
Can anyone provide the steps or tricks on what to do? We have selected the Exchange option because they have 64-bit installed on the terminal servers.
