Hi Experts,

We are using "Warehouse mobile portal" in our production environment. It is working fine.

Sometimes users claim that they recieve the following error (See screenshot).

I have checked event logs and all other things. There is no event log regarding this and everything configured properly.

Can anyone point me what could be the issue here?

What are they doing to get this error to appear? Just logging in? I see this if the AOS has been restarted, but I have not restarted my web browser.

Hi Terry,

They get this error just by logging in. Dont know what is the issue. AOS service is up and running.
