First off, Microsoft Dynamics 2016 (aka 365) Update 2.2 running on Server 2012 R2 Standard. After upgrading my organization from update 0.1 to update 2.2, when attempting to print an email the attachments grid does not appear on the print preview form. All I see are a couple of horizontal line where the grid used to be.
