Getting the following error while comparing the two products in POS,

    Please look at the event viewer first in MPOS and then in Retail Server. The above error message is generic and cannot help conclude the issue

    Hi Hitesh,

    The issue was solved.

    We forgot to add the atttributes in category hierarchy under retail module.
