The new Paste from excel feature for the wen client is adding additional decimal places to some of the values.
I have redid the excel file and manually typed in the vales as 301.78 yet it is importing as 301.77999
Any Ideas why??

This is a documented issue that is scheduled to be fixed in the Fall 2020 release.
The issue exists in PM Transaction copy/paste from Excel also.

Thank you for the reply. Though, this is a new function for the GP Web Client. I am surprised that this was not tested better, so these types of bugs don't happen.
