We're new to the CRM so we're still learning how to use it. The thing is that when you create a new opportunity, quote, order or case the system automatically provide it with an ID number.
This automatic ID number means nothing to us since we had our own numbering criteria before start using the CRM for our business control.
I already went to the Auto-numbering customizing section and learned that we can change the Prefix for those ID numbers, but couldn't make it with the Suffix. The only thing you can establish is the number of digits that the Suffix will have.
