Hi ,
Is it possible to add different options to the exiting Qualify button OTB and set them as status reason just like Disqualify button.

Hi,
You could download Lead entity customization, extract and open customizations.xml in visual studio or any xml editor.
then look RibbonDiffXml tag, in this you need to add custom action, then command definition, and any rules to show / hide button based on display rules / enable rules.
If you are using multiple lang. in your CRM system, then you need to define all display text in different lang. in LocLabels.
Here you will get all information related to editing button and RibbonDiffXml

Also there are some examples available in MS CRM SDK.
Best Regards,
Judy
No, you have to go for custom button, with some command actions.
