Hi

I have a custom ribbon button on HomePage grid of an entity. When the user selects a record and clicks on that, I am calling my JavaScript function. I want to refresh home page grid as the status of record gets changed. How can I do that?

    Hi,

    you can try something like this in your JS code:

    Mscrm.DashboardRibbonActions.refreshDashboardPage();

    Regards,

    Pranav

    Hi Aishwarya,

    You can try below code as I have tested in D365 trial instance and its working for me.

    function refreshHomeGrid() {

      window.setTimeout('location.reload()', 1000);

    }

    Thanks & Regards,

    Pradeep Rao.

    Hi,

    You can refresh your HomePage grid from ribbon button in two steps :

    1. Add Crm Parameter "SelectedControl" in your Command.

    2. In your javascript function, use SelectedControl.Refresh().

    Damien answer is correct. Just use lower case refresh. SelectedControl.refresh()
