Upgrading POS 2009 to SP1 Unsettled Credit Card Transactions

So I am trying to upgrade to SP1 and Keep getting the following error.

Cannot upgrade the database. Unsettled credit card transactions must be settled before the database can be upgraded.

I have all credit card transactions settled within POS2009.

I have all batches settled by adding opening and closing amounts and running Z report on each.

I have run a ZZ Report to close any batches.

After doing all of this I tried one more time and received the same error.  I then decided to look within sql and noticed in the Payment batch Table I have 3 CC batches that have a status of either 0 or 3.

The lines with status of zero have no information for request message,response message, and responsebatchapprovalcode.

The lines with status of 3 have a request and response message however they do not have accepted at the end of responsemessage.  The also have a responsebatchapprovalcode of QD and a responsebatchnetdeposit of 0.00

Has anyone have a experience with this problem?  I appreciate any ideas you can come up with.

This is also the environment it is running on.

Windows 7 64 bit

SQL Server 2008 64 bit

    Have you ever preformed a blind close instead of running a Z report?  That was why I was getting different statuses.  if you think that is a possibility you will need to go back and run Z reports on those batches.

    You basically have to change the 0 within that table to something other than a 0 like 1.  

    Please note if you change this manually and upgrade you will never be able to process that open batch.
