RM Statements - No Records to be Printed

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Trying to print RM Statements using GP10 sp1368. There are transactions to be printed but the same message appears for all customers - there are no records to b printed. I research Customer Source and there is reference to this but only for GP2010. Any idea what else I can do to get the statements to print?

thank you

Does anyone know a database table that records all selected "Print For" options for saves Statement IDs ?

We too had this problem of getting a message that said no records to print while there were transactions.

we managed to get GP to print them by fiddling around with the "Print for"options. However it'd be helpful to see what we've chosen Under "Print for" for each statement.

    Thanks

It turns out it was the most simplest issue - the customer setup was set to None for statements instead of Monthly.

    Hi Leslie

thanks for the reply. We do age receivables as part of the monthly routine. I did run it before trying to print statements. We do have a balance for customers in the aging. We also have the same balance in the Customer Summary window.

Total understand asking. I asked the same question.

    Anything else?

    Hi,

Have you aged your receivables lately? Do you have any entries in the 'summarize to' or 'cutoff date' fields? I presume that you have customer balances when you print your current AR aging (not the HATB), I know it sounds ridiculous, but I had to ask, forgive me :)

    HI Deborah

Thanks for the reply. I did choose Current and Past Due. In fact I select all options in the Print For box as well in trying to troubleshoot this. I also ran this for one customer class and they all printed but only a few had amounts (because I chose zero balance and no activity). I then tried to run a statement using the same criteria for a customer out of that class and with lots of transaction information. Nothing.

I have change the dates around and get the same results.  Anything else I can try? thank you

When you created the Statement ID, did you select to Print For: Current and Past Due Amounts?  If none of these Print For options were selected - you would get that result.
