I want to delete old contacts from the CRM.

I have created a segment to exclude all the contacts that we use, and I’m left with 50,000 contacts that we do not need.

I tried to use the bulk delete feature to delete this segment of contacts but that didn’t work, (I presume as they have some related data I can’t see).

How can I see all the data related to a contact?

You can see all links to the Contact table by going to https://make.powerapps.com > Tables > Contacts > Relationships

If you are being prevented from deleting contacts, you will want to check the Relationship settings and find any that are marked as "Restrict Delete" to another table. This means that you cannot delete the contact while this other record exists.

Be sure to note other relationships where the Delete relationship setting is set to "Cascade All". This means that if the related contact us deleted, the other record will be deleted as well.

Best practices would be to remove all other records no longer needed related to your contacts and then delete the contacts. Without knowing your environment and any customizations, you'll need to manually review and identify which relationships are to tables that contain records and work from there.
