Create Conversation Record

Hi,
 
Dynamics 365 Cloud
 
I need create a conversation record from external app using CIFramework, I have found a deprecated options (Link) but I would like use undepreciated option.
 
 
With other entities I have used this syntax: Microsoft.CIFramework.createRecord(entityLogicalName, data).then(successCallback, errorCallback);
 
Could someone provide documentation or an example of how to create these types of events in Dynamics 365 using the API, please?
