Why Bank Account ledger entries are lesser than Bank statement lines in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

Recently my accounts discover a strange thing. For the month of March, she discovered that the Bank Account Ledger entries to be lesser than Bank statement lines.

Usually the case has always been, Bank Statement lines lesser than Bank Account ledger entries, so that you can select Suggest lines or manually input the statement lines. But in this case where the ledger entries were lesser, what do we do?

Can you advise how come this is so?

That's why companies do this process to find out missmatches between bank and accounting. You should check the difference between them, it's a business process itself
