The error message says,
Error 1309. Error reading from file: C:...\7.03.21026.00_SL7FP1_RTM\DYNAMICSSL\WRKSTN\scripts\CreateNativeImages.vbs. Verify the file exists and that you can access it.
The installation is on a virtual server, which is replica of a live virtual server running SL7.0. I got the old version removed before installing FP1.
Any suggestion and advice would be much appreicated.

Thank you Darin,
We have some installations of FP1 on virtual server without such problem, wonder some partners here may know quick fix of this 1309 error.
Thanks again for your help.
Jason
Hi Jason,
ASSESSMENT
=============
If sounds like there is a problem with this particular Virtual Server. Can you create a new Virtual Server and install 7.0 FP1? Do you get any error in that case?
Plan
============
Test a new Virtual Server and the install of Dynamics SL 7.0 FP1.
Hi Darin,
Thanks for reply. Yes, I logged as domain administrator, which must be also the local administrator of the virtual server. Not sure how to clear the cached file beside rebooting the machine.
The current installed is SL7.0 SP1, we made a replica of the current live server, then tried 2 ways. One is rename the server and assign antother IP, the other one is keeping the server name the same, but bring the server off the network (to avoid server name conflict on the network).
I removed SL7.0 SP1 installation and related program (Crystal and FRx), reboot the server, then install SL7.0 FP1. The same error appears both ways during installation.
Regards,
Jason

I assume that you are installing on this server. You might try copying the program files from the CD and attempt to install again. I would also reboot the server to make certain to clear and cached files. Also, make certain you are logged on the server as the local administrator.
