Due to the type of business we have, we need to indicate, on our delivery notes, specific information/notes for carriers. For example the opening hours of the recipient or the tailgate is required for unloading, etc. etc.
in the customer master data I have not found any field concerning the notes for the carriers.
Is there a possibility to insert these notes in some field?

If you mean to print those delivery notes while printing the report, so I would suggest you can design our print out layout and put the delivery notes there.
Hi, I suggest you write it directly in the address so that the standard can also be printed out to reduce subsequent customization.
Or, you can find some fields in Shipment Method instead, such as Shipment Method Code, Agent, etc. Of course, if you already use these fields then there is nothing you can do.
Others, such as Dimension, Comments, Notes, etc. can also be used, but may require some customization if printed on the order.
