Good day,
Is it possible that we can download in AX the monthly GP report (sales per invoice, rebates, and cost of sales including freight allocation).
Currently, we are using the sales invoice analysis for our manual GP analysis monitoring.

Are you referring to standard AX2012 reports that you can find in the AX client?
Provided that you have sufficient user rights, you should be able to download them as you need.
Alternatively, you can think about designing your own Management Reporter reports.
You can design them quickly and easily and set up a schedule that regularly runs and stores them for you.
