I am creating custom code to email marketing as the process is bit complex and the OOB feature can't have those feature. My additional requirement is to send all the emails using different email router and not the one we are using in CRM.
By using custom code is it possible to send emails using different email router ?

If your organisation is medium or small go for click dimensions and if it large go for Adobe marketing. For you requirement there. Is no such feature to send email to different router. Am not sure about Adobe.

I agree with James. Click Dimensions is a great product for email marketing, all based on what you requirements are.
Microsoft is talking about adding Marketing functionality to Dynamics 365 (formerly as part of the Business Edition), in addition to what is currently available via Adobe Marketing (which is designed for Enterprise or large organizations).

Personally your best option when it comes to email marketing is to use ClickDimensions. It is a third party solution, easy to customize and their customer service is really good. It is a complexly built out email marketing solution. Here is a link:
As far as I know this is not possible.
The Email Router is configured to retrieve emails based on user accounts and not based on Business Logic.
