When I go to settle to one of the accounts I get an error message:

Store Operations POS has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Debug / Close program

Is it that this account had an order on hold that's been deleted or called and NoSale recorded?

I had similar problem with deleted on holds, once these where deleted from the OnHold list problem gone.

is it only that account ? if you click debug, any other info showed ?
