GeoLocation technology With CRM

Hello all,

I am looking for an Indian implementation of MS Dynamics CRM, with specific functionality to use GeoLocation technology to locate retail outlets around an individual, and then be able to record a visit to the site using the same technology.

How can i acheive this.

    Hi,

    There is no out of the box feature for this - but you could use the Resco client that has GPS integration  - see www.resco.net/.../overview.aspx

    Not sure about Indian-specific solutions, but:

    Is Power BI maps an option you have already considered?

    Bing Maps integration:  There is a video on this sort of integration from Zero2TenCRM www.youtube.com/watch

    The maps used in the video are from: crmmapchart.codeplex.com

    Map connectors between Bing Maps and CRM are also available (e.g. eMap 2013).

    CRM to Google Maps integration is also possible - you can either buy a solution (e.g. Esri Maps for Dynamics CRM) or develop a solution yourself (API available here: developers.google.com/maps)
