
In Business Central the Sales Order Agent is reporting that an item is not available, even though the Item Availability page shows sufficient quantity in stock.
I have verified the following:
1. Item Availability page shows the correct on-hand quantity
2. Inventory is available for the item
However, when the Sales Order Agent processes the request, it still returns a message indicating the item is out of stock.
Has anyone encountered this issue before?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
