How do you get inactive sites from inventory to stop printing on reports?

    Hi Deanne,

    I think what your seeing is the posting journals not keeping up with the GP features. Like the third address line, it wasn't included in the reports for many years. It's still missing from several. Where you don't get the option to exclude inactive sites, perhaps you could go into Report Writer and see if you can build a restriction such that the report will skip inactive sites. As Rosemary asked, specifically which reports were you referring to? Some reports are easier to modify than others.

    Hi,

    Some of the GP reports have the option to exclude the inactive sites. If these are reports you have created you may need to indicate active or inactive.

    Are you looking at a specific report?
