You can create jobs in AOT. Navigate to Jobs, right click, New job.
You can write your code in the job, and run it with the "Play" button.
About the content of the job, I think someone's asking you to develop there some logic for creating "vehicle group" data. We don't know what this vehicle group is, so I think you need to figure out that code. Or share more information with us about the table, what means if it's valid or invalid etc.
Where did this requirement come from? Is it some test? Is it expected that you solve it independently?
