Excel to dynamics import

Hello,

My purchasing departments biggest issue (at the moment) is that they really hate entering new items and editing existing ones in gp. We have many SKUs and a lot of new ones coming and going every month, so it takes up a large amount of their time.

Their biggest request then is a single window they can open that would have every field needed to create or edit an item vs. having to go to navigate to and from multiple windows.

Is there such a thing? Like an excel sheet that can import and more importantly export info directly to all the required fields?

Hi, We have done similar solution to our client to Export / import excel based Inventory list ( Exact GP fields) with new SKUs & price changes that comes every week.If you are interested please reach me to learn more.

I would look into SmartConnect from eOneSolutions to import these items into GP. You could create a template spreadsheet and then use SC to import these items into GP.
