Personal workspaces - How do I remove them?

One of our personal workspaces got broken by the release 10.0.38 upgrade. I'm trying to reconstruct it. However, I now have multiple workspaces in the Add to workspace, in Options. I can't find where to delete them so I only have one listed. I did check the personalizations from System Admin and can only see one. Any suggestions will be appreciated. And I tried to past a screenshot and it won't work.

So in my example, I'm in Pending vendor invoices assigned to me. I have a custom view called Invoice Approver My List. If I click on Options, and under Personalize, Add to workspace, I have four entries for Pending My Approval in the drop down list. I want to remove all of them and start over, or three of them.

Are you sure you deleted the workspace and did not choose to hide it?

We are facing a similar issue. We have DELETED a workspace, but there are still several entries for the deleted workspace showing in the table browser.

Can you add a screenshot to illustrate your exact issue? I don't know what exactly you are referring to by mentioning Pending My Approval.

Thanks. I got to the table, but it won't let me delete from the table. Not cool.

The table says there are four rows with the same "Workspacecaption" Pending My Approval, under my user ID. However, when I go to my user record, either through the Gear icon or in System Admin, User, I don't see them. When I go to system admin, Personalization and search in Published, Unpublished or Personal, those records are not there.

The issue is I want to delete a workspace, not a view. I can't find where to delete (not just see) the workspace. Any ideas?

If want to view the list you can add this "?mi=systablebrowser&tablename=FormRunConfigurationUserWorkspace" in the link

for e.g.

operations.dynamics.com/?mi=systablebrowser&tablename=FormRunConfigurationUserWorkspace

The FormRunConfigurationUserWorkspace table contains information about all customized workspaces configurations created by users.

First select a page or workspace to see a list of the users who have personalized it. - How do I do this? Select a page? Where?

You can clear personalization,"Clear – You can clear all personalizations for a page or workspace for one or more users. First select a page or workspace to see a list of the users who have personalized it. Then select the users who should have personalizations for that page or workspace cleared, and select Clear. All personalizations that the selected"
