Customize App Launcher App List

I am working on developing some training for users on navigating between Dynamics 365 and Power BI. I learned how to pin the Power BI app to my App Launcher list as per the below.

However, when I am within my specific Dynamics App the customization I made more the app launcher list is gone and I can't see any possibility of customizing it. Is there anything I can do to add the PowerBI icon to the App Launcher list while I am within my Dynamics365 app.

Thanks Leo but I am looking for how to move the PowerBI icon to the top 12 list and save the key stroke.

Hi partner,

You could click on the "All Apps" and find the Power BI app icon.

We could not customize the apps order in the list.

If my understanding is not correct, please feel free to let me know :-)
