May I ask a question what is the codepage for Encoding (UTF8 BOM)

Example the codepage for UTF-16LE is 1200.

    This seems to be related to the previous discussion in Files Encoding and thefore you mean the _codepage parameter used by TextStreamIo.

    UTF-8 is 65001. Refer to TextIo.new Method for more information.
