Hello,
Is there a way to make the link back to the case record from within Customer Service Insights load the new UI experience rather than the classic or is this a case of waiting for the full deprecation of the classic UI.

Have you enabled the environment for UCI, you can verify this option if this is checked, In the Power Platform admin center, go to Environments and select an environment. Go to Settings > Product > Behavior > Interface settings and then turn on Use Unified Interface only.
Alternatively in the URL you can also change if you have the App ID in the URL, you can get the APP ID from an existing Case URL
Good shout didn't think to look at behaviour. Assumed that was on by default. All fixed
