Enable to see Interactive dashboard in CRM Dynamics 365 Sales App

Hi everyone,
 

I created two new interactive dashboards in a solution for a customer’s sales app, but I’m not seeing these dashboards in CRM.

Here are the steps I followed:

  • Created a new interactive dashboard in the solution (unfortunately, this wasn’t possible in the new layout, so I used the old solution layout)
  • Saved and published the dashboard
  • Added the dashboard to the Sales app
  • Included it in the solution designer, then saved and published
  • Ensured the dashboards are visible to all security roles
  • Performed a hard refresh in the Dynamics 365 Sales App

Normally, I don’t have any issues adding new system dashboards, but I can’t figure out why these two interactive dashboards aren’t showing up.

Does anyone have any ideas?

    Never mind, it takes a couple of hours before an interactive dashboard is visible
