Enable to see Interactive dashboard in CRM Dynamics 365 Sales App

Hi everyone,

I created two new interactive dashboards in a solution for a customer’s sales app, but I’m not seeing these dashboards in CRM.

Here are the steps I followed:

Created a new interactive dashboard in the solution (unfortunately, this wasn’t possible in the new layout, so I used the old solution layout)
Saved and published the dashboard
Added the dashboard to the Sales app
Included it in the solution designer, then saved and published
Ensured the dashboards are visible to all security roles
Performed a hard refresh in the Dynamics 365 Sales App

Normally, I don’t have any issues adding new system dashboards, but I can’t figure out why these two interactive dashboards aren’t showing up.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Never mind, it takes a couple of hours before an interactive dashboard is visible
