Where can I find the email template for this feature in Navision 2018?

Hi,

I have users who send email frequently via the Statement 116 at Customer card of Navision 2018.

Recently, she wanted to change the template, I can't seems to find the location of the template.

I tried the Sales Receivable set up, but notice that it was only for invoices.

May I ask where can I locate the email template for Statement 116?

    Go to report selections - sales. Choose the statement and set an email template. You can do this per customer as well, if needed. Go to the customer card and choose document layouts. Similar set of options on offer there

    Hi JAngle,

    I have this in Report Selection- Sales, but I don't see any option for "the statement and set an email template".

    May I ask will the NAV version has an impact? Mine is Version AU NAV Dynamic.

    From your image - one of the options is “Customer Statement”. That’s the one. If you search for custom report layouts you will find a list of all the designs. List will consist of any you/other users have made and the “stock” one’s

    Hi,

    as per your image please select "customer statement". and define your report id.

    Also please go to custom report layout on this page add new report define your report id and select as word layout.

    now in list you can see a new line added with your report id with report type as word layout.

    From ribbon select export layout it will export word file. please fill it what are the details you required on email body.

    once details complete save the word file and again go to custom report layout select that report id line. click on action import layout, please import that word layout.

    After this please go to report selection sales customer statement tick on use for email body then click on email body layout description it will open list of custom report layout select your updated report word layout report line.

    surely this will resolve your issue.
