Error message when trying to change project manager in projects

Hi, we need to change project manager on sub projects and receive this error. Does anybody know why this error comes or what impact it has?

    Hi,
    It looks like your project is working longer than the default hours and you need to adjust the project calendar's working hours to suit your needs. You can go to the specified location and make modifications according to the error prompts. Also check the project manager's availability to ensure there are no calendar conflicts for the assignment.
