What is the account type that you use for the debit posting?
If it is a ledger account, have you entered all necessary financial dimensions for that account?
Have you deleted any usage data related to this form to ensure that no filters, form modifications or alike block something here?
If nothing of that helps you, please talk to your system admins/developer as the dialog you show does - on first sight - not appear to be a Standard Feature and might rather caused by a missing/incomplete modification.
Would be great if you could Keep us updated on this.

ludwig... i have to developed a new role for upcoming securities issue...i have produce new role...every thing is going well when i m making entries...but only in dimension...this problem i m facing.

Dear ludwig ...Maintain Journal and Transaction duty solve this issue...but after adding this duty, i found that user can access GL Voucher and so many others modules...what should i do now??
Hello Yasir, maintaining journals and transactions is an accounting related duty you won't like to give everyone. To get this fixed I would recommend using the security development tool as this is the fastest and easiest instrument available for doing such kind of setups. Otherwise you will always run the risk that users do have too much or too little rights. Best regards, Ludwig
