I'm testing in Chrome/Safari/Firefox. I've noticed that sometimes business rules don't execute when in a field that is situated in a tab that is collapsed. For instance, I make a change in an open tab, it's supposed to change a field in a collapsed tab but it doesn't execute. The field remains unchanged. Expanding all tabs at the start of form load (keeping all tabs expanded) seem to work. Is this a bug?

Just spotted the same issue while testing Error Messages from Business Rules.
It seems that the business rule does not work if the field the error message is to be applied on is in a collapsed section. So if you do something elsewhere that invalidates the data in that section, you're prevented from saving the record, but expanding the sections won't actually highlight the errant value.
I too wonder if this is a bug, or if business rules referencing fields on multiple sections isn't supported?
